Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, therefore we do not offer refunds.

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original condition. Rings may also be exchanged for a different size within this time, subject to availability. Custom orders and sale items are final sale

Rings and Sizing

Rings are the only items eligible for exchange if the size does not fit. You may exchange the ring for a different one of equal value; please note that because each piece is unique, the replacement will not be identical.

Conditions

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in original condition  and packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless.

• We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewelry should break due to a flaw in its construction, we will happily repair it at no charge. If the damage occurs through wear, we are glad to offer repairs and will provide a quote before proceeding.

These policies ensure that the uniqueness of each piece is preserved while still making sure you are happy with your purchase.
